Firefighters' fire-fighting protective clothing is the safety protective equipment that firefighters must equip to protect their own safety in fire-fighting and rescue operations or training, which can effectively protect firefighters' legs, torso and arms. Its variety, quality and technical performance are directly related to firefighters' personal safety and fire fighting ability. (1) Fire-fighting protective clothing provides high temperature resistance and moisture-proof function, which is suitable for use in severe weather. Firefighters must wear fire-fighting protective clothing connected to the inner layer when dispatched to deal with fire and explosion or dispose of high-risk hazardous substances. (2) Often removing the inner layer will seriously affect the integrity of each layer of clothing and cause unnecessary damage to each layer (especially the lining). Therefore, no matter what the conditions are, the inner layer has to be connected to wear fire-fighting protective clothing. (3) Before wearing fire-fighting protective clothing, check whether the inner and outer layers of fire-fighting protective clothing, trunk, neck and wrist of fire-fighting protective clothing and trunk and ankle of fire-fighting pants are connected firmly. (4) Fire-fighting protective clothing should not be too tight, otherwise it will affect the mobility or flexibility. Firefighters must ensure that their arms and shoulder blades are loose and comfortable after receiving fire-fighting protective clothing. They can climb stairs and crawl to determine whether they can move freely.
